Blair Mead

Hello! I am new to the Indian Beach/Crystal Coast area. I live most of the year at my residence in Fairview, PA with my many dogs, cats, children and husband! We love visiting the area in the off season, and we also are hoping to provide other families with the opportunity to create lasting memories at such a beautiful location. When I’m not managing my real estate properties, I have my own private practice as an LPC; I am also a self-taught artist (www.blairmead.com). I speak fluent Spanish, and my husband kids and I love to travel. We first fell in love with this area of NC because we felt it was an undiscovered “gem” and quite different from the OBX. Since we are beach goers, in 2022 we decided to make the investment to purchase our second home and rental property here. I hope you will consider this amazing location and quiet nook–the views of the sound and the ocean are beyond comparison, and the long list of amenities at the condo association makes for a very welcoming atmosphere for families with young children. The decor was carefully done by a talented artist and interior designer, Stacy Morgan. She gave the 3-bedroom, 3-bath the current charm that it now has, that is guaranteed to make your vacation a five-star experience.
